As long as I can remember I have always loved art. When I was 8 years old I found a small cobalt blue tile that mesmerized me. I glued it on a piece of paper and drew colorful circles around it. It was the beginning of something great.

It only made sense that I would become an artist, with a mother as a writer, a sister as a florist, a brother as a chef and a father who loved music and built furniture.

I have studied throughout the country under several award-winning master mosaicists, and participated in local and national mosaic groups.
